====== BeeWM Workflow Manager Project ======

The screeningBee workflow manager is a workflow management and cluster processing solution for very large-scale data analysis. It is currently developed with a focus on high-content screening and image analysis.

It enables robust and complex parallel processing on computer cluster infrastructure and allows for reliable storage of primary and resulting data sets. See the [[:beewm:user:Screenshots]] of the web client.
